# Access Letter Templates

The Access Letter Templates icon in the XCC Template Editor allows users to open the CDD self‑service tool in a separate tab. It enables quick navigation and supports toggling between the two platforms thus, streamlining multi-channel communication workflows.

- In the Create New Template area at the top of the XCC Studio landing page, locate the **Access Letter Templates** icon displayed alongside other template creation options.
- Click the **Access Letter Templates** icon to open the CDD Self-Service Tool in a new tab and sign in.
