This section can be customized with titles, expandable content, and hyperlinks, making it easier for you to access important billing information. It is particularly useful for adding help topics, payment guidance, and other relevant details that improve customer understanding.
Add Title: Create a heading for the additional information, such as Additional Support, to provide context for the details included.
Add Accordion: Allows you organize content into expandable sections for better readability. Each section includes:
Title: Define topics like How to Pay, Get Help, or Automatic Payments to assist you with common billing inquiries.
Description: Add detailed description, where you can embed links within the content for quick access to external resources. To add a link, select the desired text, click the link icon, enter the URL, and confirm by clicking the checkmark. If a link is already applied, clicking on the text will reveal additional options:
Edit: Allows you to modify the existing link for the content.
Unlink: Allows you to remove the hyperlink from the content.
Open in New Tab: Allows you to open the link in a separate browser tab.
Additional Actions: Where you can manage titles and accordion sections efficiently using the ellipsis (⋮) menu:
Delete: Remove a title or accordion section if it is no longer needed.
Move Before / Move After: Reorder sections within the list to ensure logical content flow.
This widget provides flexibility in presenting billing-related information, making it easier for you to access relevant details.
