Advanced Settings brings together the reserved administrator functionality into a single location. This includes enabling the Journey Discovery Analytics Dashboard and Performance Dashboard.
As a best practice, all analytics enablement should go through Xponent Support to enable all the necessary pipeline provisioning and accounts before turning on analytics.
Analytics
Enabling the Analytics section in Advanced Settings activates the Journey Discovery Analytics Dashboard, which provides a variety of visualizations to help you understand customer journey behavior more effectively.
Now, you can enable analytics separately for Production and Pre-Production environments. This allows you to first validate data accuracy in a safe test environment before rolling it out to production. Ensuring everything is set up correctly ahead of time helps maintain data integrity and dashboard accuracy.
Enabling Analytics
In the Environment Mapping section, select the checkbox next to the environment (Pre-Production and/or Production) you want to enable. If an environment is not configured, you’ll see this notification: Pre-production / Production environment is not set
A Confirm Analytics Activation pop-up will appear. Click Enable Analytics to proceed.

After enabling, an Apply Changes button will appear next to the environment. Click it to complete the setup.

The environment for which analytics is enabled will appear in the Environment filter section at the bottom of the Discovery page, where you can select the desired environment and apply the filter criteria.
The Analytics page is always visible to all users in a project, but it will not display any data until an environment is designated and analytics is enabled in Advanced Settings.
Analytics Deprovisioning
In the Environment Mapping section, deselect the checkbox for the environment you want to deprovision. A Confirm Analytics Deactivation pop-up will appear with the following message: This will disable analytics for all users in this project and delete all existing Analytics Data. It will take up to 24 hours to regenerate new data.
Click Disable Analytics to proceed.

Analytics cannot be de-provisioned if any Segment Listeners are deployed. If attempted, the notification panel will show an error: Unable to deprovision Analytics. Please stop deployed graphs with Segment listeners before deprovisioning.

Be sure to stop any deployed graphs containing Segment Listeners before attempting to disable analytics.
Dashboards
If you have a Performance Dashboard that you would like to integrate into your project, you can do so by turning it on in the Advanced Settings.

Once enabled, you will need to simply put in your CSG Domo Dashboard ID and CSG Domo Organization ID. The Domo Dashboard ID will always be csgi-jo.identity.
To find your Organization ID, please contact a CSG Administrator, as this information is typically managed internally and not exposed to all users.
