Overview
This release introduces enhancements that improve user access and campaign configuration within Batch Communication Engine (BCE). SSO Cross-Application Navigation enables users to authenticate centrally through CSG Backplane authentication, providing a more seamless and consistent identity experience across the CX product suite. Additionally, Template Version Selection gives users greater control over campaign configuration by allowing them to select and save a specific XCC template version for use during message delivery.
SSO Cross-Application Navigation
Batch Communication Engine now supports Single Sign-On (SSO) navigation across supported CX applications. It simplifies access with centralized authentication and automatically creates user accounts during login when needed.
Template Version Selection
Batch Communications Engine now allows you to select a specific template version when creating or editing a campaign. The selected template version is saved with the campaign and used during message delivery, providing greater control over campaign content.
