# Batch Communications Engine August 2026 (26.3.2) Release Notes

## Overview

This release introduces enhancements that improve user access and campaign configuration within Batch Communication Engine (BCE). **SSO Cross-Application Navigation** enables users to authenticate centrally through CSG Backplane authentication, providing a more seamless and consistent identity experience across the CX product suite. Additionally, **Template Version Selection** gives users greater control over campaign configuration by allowing them to select and save a specific XCC template version for use during message delivery.

- ### SSO Cross-Application Navigation

Batch Communication Engine now supports Single Sign-On (SSO) navigation across supported CX applications. It simplifies access with centralized authentication and automatically creates user accounts during login when needed.
- ### Template Version Selection

Batch Communications Engine now allows you to select a specific template version when creating or editing a campaign. The selected template version is saved with the campaign and used during message delivery, providing greater control over campaign content.
