Continuous Improvements
Improved Visibility for Import Failures
The handling of failed file imports has been enhanced to provide clearer visibility and faster response. Instead of remaining in the source location, files that fail during import are now moved to a designated “/error” folder within the processed bucket.
Failures are now both clearly organized and proactively surfaced, enabling teams to quickly detect issues and take corrective action without manual investigation.
Enhanced Control and Monitoring of Background Processes
Additional safeguards have been introduced to improve the stability and predictability of background processing:
Campaign scheduling is now limited to a minimum interval of every 3 hours, preventing overly frequent execution.
Alerts are generated when jobs fail.
New checks prevent triggering additional imports while existing jobs are still running.
Pagination has been introduced for in-queue job lookups to better handle larger workloads.
These enhancements reduce the risk of system overload, prevent conflicting processes, and ensure that failures are visible and manageable in real time.
Refined Campaign Creation Experience
Several UI improvements have been made to enhance usability during campaign setup:
The SMS template selection experience now includes a full message preview in the floating preview bubble.
Long segment names are truncated within the segment detail panel to maintain a clean and readable layout.
These updates provide better content visibility and a more streamlined interface, making it easier for users to review selections and complete campaign setup efficiently.
Stronger Data Integrity Controls
Data validation has been enhanced during profile import and schema configuration to improve consistency and accuracy. The system now checks new schema entries against the existing schema instead of profile data, and prevents duplicate fields from being created. This ensures better alignment with the data structure and reduces errors caused by duplicate or inconsistent entries.
Bug Fix
Bug 1244159- Fixed an issue where the template search field did not return results when users entered text directly and only worked after adding and removing a space. The search field now responds immediately to user input, allowing users to find templates without any additional steps.
