# Brand Logo Management

The Logo Management UI, available in the Studio module under Visual Branding, enables client administrators to upload and modify company logos directly within Bill Explainer. This client-facing, self-service tool helps ensure consistent brand identity across all customer-facing bill content.

This self-service tool streamlines the process of updating branding across Bill Explainer instances, eliminating the need for external assistance. The intuitive interface includes a real-time preview feature, helping companies efficiently reflect their brand identity throughout the billing experience.

### Upload Your Logo

Your logo appears prominently in two key areas:

- **During Loading**: Displayed while the Bill Explainer is loading, reinforcing brand identity from the start.
- **At the Top of the Bill Explainer**: Ensures brand visibility throughout the billing experience.

To update the logo, navigate to the Brand Logo section under Visual Branding in the Studio module:

1. Click **Replace** and select the desired image file.
2. Click **Open** to upload the new logo.

- Accepted file formats: SVG, PNG
- Recommended minimum width: 512px (for clear, high-quality display)

### Upload Your Favicon

A favicon is the small icon that appears in the browser tab next to your site title. It helps users quickly recognize your brand when they have multiple tabs open.

To upload a favicon:

1. Click **Replace** and Select a square image file.
2. Click **Open** to upload the new favicon.

- Accepted file formats: ICO, PNG, SVG
- Recommended dimensions: 128x128px to 256x256px (ensuring sharp visibility across different screen resolutions)

UI provides preview functionality to show how the logo will appear on the Bill Explainer. Once satisfied, you can [save](https://xponent-knowledge-base.document360.io/docs/bill-content-management#save) and [publish](https://xponent-knowledge-base.document360.io/docs/bill-content-management#publish-options) the updated branding or [roll back](https://xponent-knowledge-base.document360.io/docs/bill-content-management#rollback) to the previous configuration if needed.
