The Campaigns home page in Batch Communications Engine (BCE) is the central workspace for viewing, monitoring, and managing campaigns. From this page, you can review high‑level performance metrics, search existing campaigns, open campaign details, and start creating new campaigns.

  • Sign in to the BCE application.

  • In the left navigation bar, select the Campaigns icon (envelope/message icon).

  • BCE opens the Campaigns home page.

  • When no campaigns exist in the system, the Campaigns home page displays an empty state in the campaign list area while the summary tiles remain visible with zero values.

  • The empty state presents a message encouraging you to start creating campaigns and includes a Create a Campaign button as the primary call to action.

  • Use this empty state to begin by selecting Create a Campaign and launching your first campaign in BCE.

When campaigns exist, the Campaigns home page displays summary tiles at the top, followed by a Find search bar and a table listing campaigns.

  • The Campaigns page header appears at the top left of the page and confirms that you are viewing the Campaigns home page.

  • At the top of the page, summary tiles provide a high‑level view of campaign activity for the last 30 days. Use these tiles to quickly assess overall campaign volume and delivery health.

    • Campaigns

      • Shows the number of unsubscriptions generated by campaigns.

      • Displays the percentage of unsubscriptions

        For example: 1 (3.4%).

Search Campaigns Using the Find Option

Use the Find search bar to quickly locate campaigns in the Campaigns list by filtering the table results.

  • Locate the Find search bar above the Campaigns list table.

  • Click inside the Find field.

  • Enter the campaign name
    For example: SMS one-time.

  • As you type, the Campaigns list table automatically updates to show only matching results.

  • The filter applies to the Campaign Name and other visible column values in the table.

Clear the Search

  • When you enter text in the Find search box, an X (clear) icon appears.

  • Select the X icon to clear the search text.

  • The Campaigns list refreshes to display all campaigns.

Campaigns List

The Campaigns list is displayed as a table below the summary tiles and the Find search box. Each row in the table represents a single campaign and includes the following information:

  • Campaign Name: The name of the campaign.

  • Subscription Name: The subscription associated with the campaign.

  • Status: The current campaign status (for example, Completed).

  • Type: The campaign type (for example, One‑Time).

  • Total Profiles: The total number of profiles targeted by the campaign.

  • Attempted: The number of profiles for which delivery was attempted.

  • Timezone: The timezone used for campaign execution.

  • Start Date: The date when the campaign starts/started.

  • End Date: The date when the campaign ends/ended.

  • Created Date: The date and time when the campaign was created.

If the table height and width exceeds the screen size, a vertical and a horizontal scrollbar appears, allowing you to view additional rows and columns.

  • On the Campaigns home page, select + Create Campaign.

  • To create a campaign, follow the campaign creation wizard and select a subscription, define the audience and profiles, configure content and scheduling, review the summary, and then save or launch the campaign.
