Informational Cards

Informational Cards are displayed at the bottom of the microsite and provide additional context to help subscribers better understand their account status, charges, or payment‑related topics. Each card displays a short title and, when selected, opens to show detailed informational content.

When the informational card is expanded, an X (close) icon is displayed at the bottom of the detailed content, allowing users to close the card and return to the informational cards view.

Display Cards Section

Use the Display Cards toggle to enable or disable the Informational Cards feature on the microsite. When enabled, the configured cards appear below the main payment content.

Section Heading

• Text - This heading appears above the informational cards and introduces the supporting content related to missed or late payments.

  For Example: Missed a payment?

• Add Card - The Add Card (+) icon allows you to create a new informational card. Selecting this option adds a blank card that you can use to define the card content. This enables clients to create and manage multiple informational cards tailored to their subscribers’ needs. When adding a new card, you can configure:

  • Card title - The headline text displayed on the card

  • Link text - The clickable text shown on the card

  • Detailed content - The information displayed when the card is opened

  • Icon/pictogram - A visual element to represent the card topic

Late Payment

• Card Title - A late payment may result in additional late fees on your current account

• Link Text - About late fees

• Icon / Pictogram - An icon or pictogram can be associated with the card to visually reinforce the topic, such as late payments or account alerts.

Content - When a user selects an informational card, it expands to display its detailed content.

For Example: A late payment may result in additional late fees on your current account

Why am I charged a late fee?

A late fee is applied when a payment is not received by the due date. This fee helps cover the cost of processing overdue accounts.

How much is the late fee?

Late fees vary based on your account and billing terms. You can find the exact fee on your billing statement.

How can I avoid late fees?

• Set up AutoPay to ensure your payments are made on time

• Enable Payment Reminders to receive alerts before your due date

• Make a payment promptly to avoid additional fees
