Bill Explainer supports two types of payment methods: redirecting to an external payment site or, for clients who have integrated with CSG Forte, processing payments directly within the Bill Explainer microsite (referred to as Native Payments). This integration is optional and may not be available for all clients.
This enhancement in 25.1 introduces visibility into native payment performance metrics, now integrated directly into the Site Performance and Business Impact dashboards. It provides clients with deeper insights into how end-customers interact with the Pay Now functionality on the microsite.
The goal is to offer a comprehensive view of payment behaviors and financial outcomes without relying on external tools, custom instrumentation, or client-reported data. This enhancement gives clients clear visibility into how users engage with payments inside Bill Explainer enabling better optimization and faster revenue recovery.
Benefits
Improves visibility into payment conversion by tracking actual payment actions initiated through the microsite.
Enables better trend analysis around on-time and delayed payments.
Supports business forecasting by linking payment activity to financial impact in the Business Impact dashboard.
Enhances user journey analysis by tying payment behavior with site engagement metrics.
Reduces payment failures through clearer identification of issues and failure reasons.
