These roles are managed from the [User](/v1/docs/adding-users-to-xponent-journey-hub) and [Project](/v1/docs/creating-a-project) Administration screens. Organizational roles will trump the Project Roles. - Organization Roles - Administrative Roles - Administrative roles have rights over all projects in that organization and are the only users allowed to create projects in an organization - Types of Administrative Roles - **Owner** - All Administrative rights in an organization - **Operator** - All Administrative rights in an organization* - **Configurer** - Most admin rights but limited operational capabilities - Non-Administrative Roles - **Member** - No rights by default. Rights are granted through project roles - Project Roles - **Admin** - Can create connections - Can assign users to project - Can enable journey discovery analytics dashboard - **Developer** - Can use the project editor (graphs, adaptors, logic) - Can use the journey mapper and metrics - Can see the Performance Dashboard - **Strategist** - Can use the journey mapper and metrics - Can see the Performance Dashboard and Journey Discovery Analytics - **Groups** - Collection of users to make administration easier Currently, the only difference between Owner and Operator is that Owners can create additional owners. ## Organization Role Permissions | Permissions / Role | Admin Roles | Member | | --- | --- | --- | | Add/Edit/Delete Organizations | **NO** | **NO** | | Add/Edit/Delete Organization Users | **YES** | **NO** | | Add/Edit/Delete Organization Groups | **YES** | **NO** | | Add/Edit/Delete Organization Projects | **YES** | **NO** | | Project Admin for all Projects | **YES** | **NO** | ## Administrative Role Permissions | Permissions / Role | Owner | Operator | Configure | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | View/Add/Update/Delete Graph Templates | **YES** | **YES** | **YES** | | View/Add/Update/Delete Managed Graphs** | **YES** | **YES** | **YES** | | Update Publish Settings for Graph Templates | **YES** | **YES** | **NO** | | Update Publish Settings for Managed Graphs** | **YES** | **YES** | **NO** | | Add/Edit/Delete Owner Users | **YES** | **NO** | **NO** | In order to be able to create a [Managed Graph](/v1/docs/creating-managed-graphs), you need to be an Xponent Journey Hub OEM partner Please contact your **Xponent** representative if you are interested in using this feature.
