Assets are assembled components within assets you can use repeatedly with different messages.
Click Assets in the panel on the left to open the Asset page and view a list of assets containing assets.
The Assets page contains four status filter buttons:
Draft – Displays a list of assets in Draft status.
In Review – Displays a list of assets in In Review status.
Approved – Displays a list of assets in Approved status. Assets are available for placement in assets once they are in Approved status.
Active – Displays a list of assets in Active status.
You can search for an existing asset by typing its name in the Search field. Search results display in real time according to asset status. For example, if an asset has a version in Draft status and a version in In Review status, you filter on Draft and In Review statuses to view both results.

Search
| Type the name of a asset to search for it. Search results appear in real time according to asset status. |
Assets Name | Identifies the asset name. |
Last Update by | Identifies the last person that modified the asset. |
Last Modified | Identifies the date and time the asset was last modified. |
Channel | Identifies the channel for which the asset is available. Valid options are:

Status/Version | Identifies the asset status and version. |
Vertical ellipses | Click and choose Edit or Delete to modify the asset. |
Paging buttons | Click the arrows to move to the next or previous page, or click a page number. |
Items Per Page | Click the arrow to select the number of items to display on the page. Valid values are as follows:
