# Assets

Assets are assembled components within assets you can use repeatedly with different messages.

Click **Assets** in the panel on the left to open the **Asset** page and view a list of assets containing assets.

The **Assets** page contains four status filter buttons:

- **Draft** – Displays a list of assets in **Draft** status.
- **In Review** – Displays a list of assets in **In Review** status.
- **Approved** – Displays a list of assets in **Approved** status. Assets are available for placement in assets once they are in **Approved** status.
- **Active** – Displays a list of assets in **Active** status.

You can search for an existing asset by typing its name in the **Search** field. Search results display in real time according to asset status. For example, if an asset has a version in **Draft** status and a version in **In Review** status, you filter on **Draft** and **In Review** statuses to view both results.

#### **Assets Page Item Descriptions**

| Item | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Create New Asset** | Area you use to create a new asset containing the following types of assets: - **Create New Email Asset**: Click to create a new email asset. - **Create New MMS Asset**: Click to create a new Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) asset. - **Create New SMS Asset**: Click to create a new Short Message Service (SMS) asset. |
| **Filters** | Buttons you use to filter assets by status. The following are available: - **Draft** – Displays a list of assets in **Draft** status. - **In Review** – Displays a list of assets in **In Review** status. - **Approved** – Displays a list of assets in **Approved** status. Assets are available for placement in assets once they are in **Approved** status. |

| **Assets Name** | Identifies the asset name. |
| **Last Update by** | Identifies the last person that modified the asset. |
| **Last Modified** | Identifies the date and time the asset was last modified. |
| **Channel** | Identifies the channel for which the asset is available. Valid options are: - **EMAIL** - **MMS** - **SMS** |
| **Status**/**Version** | Identifies the asset status and version. |
| Vertical ellipses | Click and choose **Edit** or **Delete** to modify the asset. |
| Paging buttons | Click the arrows to move to the next or previous page, or click a page number. |
| **Items Per Page** | Click the arrow to select the number of items to display on the page. Valid values are as follows: - **12** - **24** - #### **36** |
