# BE Admin Feedback

Bill Explainer Studio includes a built-in feedback option to help gather input directly from BE Admins. You will find the feedback icon (**..**) on the left-hand side of the Studio interface, just above the **Exit** button.

### Benefits

- **Prioritize the product roadmap with confidence**: Gain clear insights into what’s working and what needs improvement directly from BE Admins helping shape features based on real-world needs.
- **Enable client-driven development**: Elevate the “voice of the customer” in your planning process, ensuring client needs directly influence future enhancements.
- **Accelerate issue detection**: Quickly surface bugs or usability concerns from a broader user base, reducing the time from issue identification to resolution.
- **Boost customer satisfaction**: Show users that their input matters by actively listening, acting on feedback, and improving their experience over time.

Clicking this icon opens a simple feedback form where you can:

- Optionally, provide a comment in the text box just below the rating if there is anything specific we can improve.
- Once done, click **Submit** to send your feedback.

All feedback ratings and comments are securely sent to the Data Platform for analysis. Your insights help improve the Bill Explainer experience for all users.
