# CSG Xponent Journey Hub End User course - Part 2

This is the second part of a three-part course designed for end users of CSG's Xponent Journey Hub platform. It builds on the information presented in the "[Introduction to CSG’s Xponent Journey Hub](/v1/docs/introduction-to-csgs-xponent-journey-hub-1)" on-demand course and employs a blended approach to training.
