Welcome to Batch Communications Engine (BCE). This section describes how to access BCE, sign in, set a new password using the login interface and recover a forgotten password. You will sign in using Batch Communications Engine‑managed credentials. This method ensures secure access to your account.
Open the BCE application URL in a supported web browser.
On the welcome screen, view the Welcome to Batch Communications Engine message.
Select Start Login to continue to the sign‑in screen.

First Login
For first‑time access to BCE, you receive an email titled “Your temporary password” containing your username and a temporary password. Sign in using the provided credentials, and update your password.
Once the admin creates a user, the system automatically sends the user ID email and a temporary password.

Credential-Managed Login
Sign in to the BCE login page using the username and temporary password from the email, and then change your password.
Username: Your registered email ID.
Password: The password created for your account.
Enter both fields and click Sign In to access the application.
If the credentials are valid, BCE signs you in and loads the application landing page.
If you need to change your password or have forgotten your BCE password, select Forgot your password?

Forgot Your Password
On the Forgot your password? modal, enter your Username.
Select Reset my password.
BCE sends a password reset code to the email address associated with your username. The email address is partially masked on the screen for security.

On the password reset screen, enter the Code received by email.
Enter your New Password.
Re‑enter the password in Enter New Password Again.
As you type, BCE validates the password in real time and displays the password rules directly on the screen. Each rule displays a visual indicator showing whether the requirement is met.

Meet All Password Requirements:
Password must contain a lower case letter
Password must contain an upper case letter
Password must contain a number
Password must contain at least 8 characters
Password must not contain a leading or trailing space
Passwords must match
After all password rules are satisfied, select Change Password.
If the password update is successful, BCE completes the reset process and allows you to sign in using the new credentials.

After a successful sign‑in or password reset, BCE opens the main application interface, where users can access features based on their assigned permissions.
