# Message Queue Adaptor

The Message Queue Adaptor provides [Read](/v1/docs/message-queue-read-adaptor), [Write](/v1/docs/message-queue-write-adaptor), and [Listen](/v1/docs/message-queue-listener) actions on a defined [Message Queue Connection](/v1/docs/message-queue-connection).

To create a Message Queue adaptor, click on the **Create** button in the graphs.

- Click on the **Add New Graph** button in the graph editor.

- From the **Create New Item** page, select the **Queue** Adaptor from the right-hand side column.
- Give the queue adaptor a name, choose some tags, and click on the **Create Item** button.
