MMS Performance

Track the reach and impact of your MMS campaigns with a clear view of delivery volumes and performance trends. The MMS Performance dashboard provides key metrics to help you understand how your messages are performing and identify areas for optimization.

What You Can Do:

• Monitor the number of MMS messages delivered.

• Spot delivery issues early with volume trends over time.

• Measure the overall effectiveness of your MMS communications.

Filters

Flexible Date Filters: Easily explore campaign data over any timeframe using dynamic date filters:

• Date Preset: Choose from quick options like Today, yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 60 Days, or Last 90 Days for instant insights.

• Date Range: Select a custom start and end date using the slider for a more focused analysis.

• Filter by MMS Templates: Use this filter to view data for specific MMS templates.

  • To filter by template click Select Templates dropdown.

  • Use Search below values to find a template (Optional).

  • Select one or more template checkboxes.

  • Click Apply to review the filtered results or click Cancel to close the filter panel without saving the current changes.

These filters automatically update the dashboard, making it easy to compare periods, analyze trends, and uncover valuable insights.

Disposition Metrics

Get a clear picture of your MMS campaign performance with key disposition metrics that track how messages are delivered, and where issues may arise.

• MMS Delivered: Total number of MMS messages successfully delivered.

• MMS Failed: Total number of MMS messages that failed to deliver.

• Delivered MMS Trend (Month-Over-Month): Monitor how your MMS delivered volume changes over time.

• View delivery trends

  • The X-axis displays the month.

  • The Y-axis displays the number of MMS messages delivered.

  • The line shows the monthly MMS delivery count.

  • The dashed line indicates the average number of MMS messages delivered across the selected period.

  • Hover over a data point to view the exact delivery count, if enabled.

• Failed MMS Trend (Month-Over-Month): Use the Failed MMS Trend (Month-Over-Month) chart to monitor MMS

  delivery failures over time.

• View failure trends

  • The X-axis displays the month.

  • The Y-axis displays the number of failed MMS messages.

  • The line shows the monthly MMS failure count.

  • The dashed line indicates the average number of MMS failures across the selected period.

  • Hover over a data point to view the exact failure count, if enabled.

• MMS Delivered Activity: Use the MMS Delivered Activity chart to analyze MMS delivery volume by day of the week and hour of the day.

• View delivery activity

  • The Y-axis displays the day of the week.

  • The X-axis displays the hour of the day.

  • Each cell shows the number of MMS messages delivered during that time period.

  • Cell color intensity indicates delivery volume.

  • Hover over a cell to view delivery details, if enabled.
