Remove Member

• Navigate to the Members section and click Add or Edit Members to open the modal.

• Use the search bar to find a specific team member(if needed).

• Click individual checkboxes to select members or click the top checkbox to select all members in bulk for removal.

• Review the number of selected members displayed at the bottom of the modal.

• Click the X icon to deselect members if needed.

• Click Remove Member(s) to delete the selected members from the team.

• To exit without changes, click Cancel.

• After removal, a toast message appears: “Team name updated with success.”

• Conditions for member removal:

  • Users in multiple teams can be removed without restrictions.

  • CSG Admin users cannot be removed because they are added to all teams by default.

  • If a user is the team admin, the checkbox is disabled to prevent removal. A tooltip displays:

    “User cannot be removed from this team as they need access to this team.”
