Promise to Pay

The Promise to Pay section allows subscribers to commit to making a payment on a future date. Users can configure the default extension period and customize the messages shown during the Promise to Pay flow.

Default Extension

Users can select a default payment extension period from a dropdown list. The available options allow you to select a postponed payment date between 1 to 21 days after the due date.

Page Introduction

Defines the introductory content displayed to subscribers when they choose the Promise to Pay option.

  • Title - Heading displayed on the Promise to Pay page.

    For Example: Promise to Pay

  • Description - Supporting text explaining the action.

    For Example: Commit to paying on a date that works for you.

Confirmation Message

Displayed when the Promise to Pay request is successfully set.

  • Message - Primary confirmation text shown to the subscriber.

    For Example: Your payment has been rescheduled to the Postponed Date (selected postponed date).

  • Details - Additional confirmation information.

    For Example: A confirmation email has been sent to notify you of your new postponed payment date.

  • Button Label - Text displayed on the confirmation action button.

    For Example: Thank You!

Error Message

Displayed when the Promise to Pay request cannot be completed.

  • Message - Primary error message shown to the subscriber.

    For Example: We’re sorry. Your payment rescheduling couldn’t be set.

  • Details - Additional information explaining the issue.

    For Example: Your new payment date couldn’t be set. This might be due to a verification error or technical issues.

  • Button Label - Text displayed on the retry action button.

    For Example: Try Again
