The RCS Rich Card Image Editor now includes advanced image controls to improve precision and reduce message failures. Authors can crop, zoom, and resize images while monitoring file size in real time.
This enhancement ensures media stays within the RCS payload limit and aligns with recommended layout standards.
Open an RCS Rich Card template.
Locate the Image/Video section in the left side.
Upload or select an image.
The Image Editor includes a tooltip that displays supported formats and size limits during media upload. This ensures compliance before editing begins.
