Authors can crop, zoom, and resize images while monitoring file size in real time. This enhancement ensures media stays within the RCS payload limit and aligns with recommended layout standards. - Open an RCS Rich Card template. - Locate the **Image/Video section** in the left side. - **Upload** or **select** an image. - The Image Editor includes a tooltip that displays **supported formats** and **size limits** during media upload. This ensures compliance before editing begins. > ![Note](https://cdn.document360.io/c578bb14-e570-4b6e-93ed-f6c5b8a2d8a1/Images/Documentation/Note.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-26T13%3A28%3A05Z&se=2026-10-26T14%3A28%3A05Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=ZJlMtKSuzuoKnBcexArMRQ346AxmD0cveGn%2FsyoYEdg%3D) > > **Image** > > **Supported formats**: JPEG, PNG, GIF > > **Maximum file size**: 4 MB > > **Video** > > **Supported formats**: MP4, MPEG, WebM, H.263, M4V, MPEG‑4 > > **Maximum file size**: 4 MB ### Crop Image with Preset Aspect Ratios - Click **Edit Image**. - Choose a preset aspect ratio from the crop image modal (optional). - Drag the crop frame to adjust focus. - Monitor the **estimated file size**. - Click **Apply** to preview the cropped image. - Click the **Crop** icon again to re-crop the image, or click **Save** to apply your changes. - The cropped image replaces the original in the template and updates in the preview. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c578bb14-e570-4b6e-93ed-f6c5b8a2d8a1/Images/Documentation/image crop gif.gif?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-26T13%3A28%3A05Z&se=2026-10-26T14%3A28%3A05Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=ZJlMtKSuzuoKnBcexArMRQ346AxmD0cveGn%2FsyoYEdg%3D) ### Zoom Slider - Open the image editor. - Use the **zoom slider:** - Move right to **zoom in**. - Move left to **zoom out**. - Adjust the **crop frame position** to refine focus. - Click **Save** to confirm the zoom and crop changes within the editor. - The updated image is: - Immediately reflected in the **template canvas.** - Updated in the **mobile preview (right panel).** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c578bb14-e570-4b6e-93ed-f6c5b8a2d8a1/Images/Documentation/Image%20zoom.gif?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-26T13%3A28%3A05Z&se=2026-10-26T14%3A28%3A05Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=ZJlMtKSuzuoKnBcexArMRQ346AxmD0cveGn%2FsyoYEdg%3D) ### Real-Time Image File Size Calculation - Open the image editor. - Select **Resize**. - Choose input method: - Enter pixel values (width/height) - OR adjust percentage - Confirm **aspect ratio** lock is enabled. - Review updated file size and dimensions. - Click **Save**. - The resized image updates in both the editor and preview.
