The XCC RCS Performance Dashboard helps you measure the reach and effectiveness of your RCS campaigns. It provides visibility into message volumes, delivery status, and engagement trends.
Click the Reports icon from the left navigation.
From the Apps page, locate and select the Xponent Communications Control tile.
The Xponent Communications Control Email Performance Dashboard opens (by default).
From the top navigation within Communications Control, select RCS Performance
The RCS Performance dashboard is displayed.

Filter
Filter by Date Preset
Use the Date Preset filter to view RCS performance data for a predefined time range. The available preset ranges change dynamically based on the grouping option you select.
In the filter panel at the top of the RCS Performance dashboard, locate Filter by Date Preset.
Select one of the following grouping options: Days/ Weeks/ Months
Based on the selected grouping, choose one of the available preset ranges.
When Days is selected, choose from:
Today
Yesterday
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
Last 60 days
Last 90 days
When Weeks is selected, choose from:
This week
Last week
Last 2 weeks
Last 3 weeks
Last 4 weeks
Last 53 weeks
When Months is selected, choose from:
This month
Last month
Last 2 months
Last 3 months
Last 4 months
Last 6 months
Last 12 months
Last 13 months
Once a preset range is selected, the filter is applied automatically to the filter by Date Range tile too and the dashboard refreshes to display data for the selected time period.
Filter by RCS Date Range
Select a custom start and end date (date range) using the slider for a more focused analysis.
The selected range defines the exact window of data included in the dashboard.
All metrics, charts, and counts on the dashboard update instantly to reflect only the data within the selected date range.
Filter by Template
Use the Filter by Template option to view RCS performance metrics for one or more specific templates.
Filter by Template works in combination with Date Preset filter, and RCS Date Range filter. All applied filters affect all widgets on the RCS Performance dashboard.
On the RCS Performance dashboard, locate Filter by Template in the filter panel and click Select Template.
A template selection panel opens.
Use the Search field to find a specific template (Optional).
Select one or more templates from the list by clicking on the check-box(es).

Click Apply. Selected templates are added to the filter criteria.
The dashboard refreshes and displays RCS disposition metrics only for the selected template(s).
Hover over Filter by Template and click the Unselect filter icon to clear the filter and refresh the dashboard.
RCS Disposition Metrics Section
The RCS Disposition Metrics section, displays four tiles:
RCS Delivered
RCS Failed
RCS Seen
RCS Seen Rate
The metrics displayed in this section provide a real‑time view of RCS message performance. All values are dynamic and automatically refresh based on the filters applied (such as date preset, date range or template filter).

RCS Delivered: Displays the total number of RCS messages successfully delivered to end users.
For example- Total delivered: 536, Daily avg RCS delivered: 6RCS Failed: Displays the total number of RCS messages that failed delivery.
For example- Total failed: 19, Daily avg RCS failed: 0RCS Seen: Displays the total number of RCS messages that were opened or seen by recipients.
For example- Total seen: 26RCS Seen Rate: Displays the percentage of RCS messages seen.
Rate of RCS Messages Seen (%) = (RCS Messages Seen ÷ RCS Messages Delivered) × 100
For example- RCS Seen Rate: 5%
RCS Seen (Month-Over-Month)
The RCS Seen (Month-Over-Month) chart shows how many RCS events are detected in each month so that users can track changes in RCS activity over time.
All values are dynamic and automatically refresh based on the filters applied (such as date preset, date range or template filter).
For example-
The X-axis (Months) displays calendar months from November 2025 through April 2026.
The Y-axis (Number of RCS Seen) shows the count of RCS events recorded in each month.
A light-blue line with circular markers plots the monthly values:

Click the Sort (A-Z) icon to display months in ascending order (November to April).
Click the icon again to switch to descending order (April to November).
This sorting option lets users review RCS trends either from the earliest to latest month or in reverse.
Overall, the chart shows an upward trend in RCS activity across the six-month period, with a slight decrease in February 2026 followed by continued growth through April 2026. This helps users quickly see whether RCS usage is increasing, decreasing, or remaining stable month over month.
RCS Seen Rate (Month-over-Month) Chart
The RCS Seen Rate (Month-over-Month) chart shows the percentage of RCS messages that were successfully seen in each month. This helps users understand how RCS delivery performance changes over time.
All values are dynamic and automatically refresh based on the filters applied (such as date preset, date range or template filter).
For example-
The X-axis (Months) shows calendar months from October 2025 through July 2026.
The Y-axis (RCS Seen Rate) shows the percentage of RCS messages seen, from 0% to 23%.

Click the Sort (A-Z) icon (appears upon hovering) to display months in ascending order (October to July).
Click the icon again to switch to descending order (July to October).
This sorting option lets users review RCS trends either from the earliest to latest month or in reverse.
The line shows an overall improving RCS Seen Rate over the last nine-month period:
The line remains at 0% from Oct 2025 through July 2026.
In July 2026, the seen rate jumps sharply to approximately 23%.
Seen Rate indicates the percentage of RCS messages that generate a read receipt. Read receipts depend on device and carrier compatibility and whether recipients enable them. Use this metric as an engagement indicator, not as a definitive measure of message views.
RCS Seen Activity
The RCS Seen Activity heat map shows when RCS messages are seen across different days of the week and hours of the day. This helps users identify peak engagement windows.
All values are dynamic and automatically refresh based on the filters applied (such as date preset, date range or template filter).
For example-
The Y-axis (Day of the week) lists Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.
The X-axis (Hour of the day) shows hours from 4:00 to 23:00.
Each cell represents the number of RCS messages seen for a specific day and hour.
The number in the cell is the exact count of RCS messages seen.
The color intensity indicates the relative activity level:
Lighter cyan = lower RCS seen count.
Darker blue = higher RCS seen count.
Gray = No Data for that day and hour.

In the example shown:
Monday mornings (8:00-11:00) have the highest activity, with counts peaking at 12 messages seen around 9:00.
Tuesday shows steady morning activity (4-8 messages between 5:00 and 11:00) and lower evening activity around 18:00 and 23:00.
Wednesday late morning (10:00-11:00) reaches a strong peak (up to 14 messages), with additional evening engagement around 20:00-22:00.
Thursday has moderate activity from 7:00-12:00, plus a late spike at 22:00-23:00.
Friday activity is concentrated midday (9:00-13:00), with a smaller increase around 17:00.
Sunday is mostly No Data, with only low activity around 16:00-18:00.
This variation allows users to quickly see which days and times drive the most RCS engagement and adjust campaign scheduling accordingly.
