# Run Campaign

Use the Run Campaign feature to start a campaign and begin processing communications for the configured profiles. You can run a campaign directly from its Campaign details panel on the right side of the Campaigns page.

> Before you begin, ensure the campaign is in Draft status.

- Navigate to the **Campaigns** page.
- The system displays a list of existing **Campaigns**.
- Click the campaign row to open the **Campaign Details** panel on the right.
- Verify the campaign configuration in the Overview section.
- Click **Run Campaign** button at the bottom of the campaign details panel.

- The system starts the campaign. The campaign status updates to **Launched**.
- The Run Campaign button changes to **Stop Campaign**.
- The campaign begins processing, and execution metrics start updating in the campaign overview.
- For a **Recurring campaign**, running the campaign puts it into a **Launched status**, but it will only **send communications based on the schedule date** and **recurrence.**
