# What Changed

The What’s Changed? feature in the Bill Explainer provides users with a clear, side-by-side comparison of their previous and current billing cycles. It highlights key changes such as increases, decreases, additions, and removals of charges, ensuring transparency and helping users quickly identify fluctuations in their bills. This feature categorizes changes based on different factors like quantity variations, billing period adjustments, and description updates, ensuring that each modification is explained with relevant details.

Additionally, if a change does not fit into predefined scenarios, a Fallback Content Configuration ensures that users still receive an appropriate explanation. With customizable tags, section exceptions, and detailed breakdowns for both single and multiple items, What’s Changed? enhances user understanding and eliminates confusion about billing updates.
