Overview

This on-demand release delivers targeted RCS quick wins that make it easier to compose and configure rich RCS content, especially with Dynamic Resizing for Title and Main Message and Automatic Scroll when enabling message or card suggestions.

  • Dynamic Resizing for Title and Main Message

The Title and Main Message fields now dynamically resize to fit their content. The fields automatically expand vertically as you type, up to the existing 2000-character limit. The previous static height behavior has been removed, reducing the need for internal scrolling within the field. This improves readability when composing longer RCS messages, and reduces friction from scrolling within the input area. Therefore, making it easier to review and edit the full message in a single, continuous view.

  • Automatic Scroll on Enabling Message or Card Suggestions

When you toggle on the Message Suggestions or Card Suggestions section, the editor now automatically scrolls to the bottom of the container. Upon adding additional suggestion entries, the view automatically scrolls so that the newly added configuration area is immediately visible. This streamlines the configuration workflow for Message Suggestions and Card Suggestions, reducing the chance of overlooking newly enabled sections because they are out of view. The automatic scroll feature provides a more intuitive and responsive RCS editor experience, especially for complex templates with multiple suggestions.
