Overview
The 24.3.1 release introduces additional capabilities to the Segment Listener, including improved data processing efficiency with incremental segmentation and the new Reprocess Segment feature. It also includes the addition of a product-specific privacy statement to the login screen, ensuring compliance with global data privacy regulations.
Segment Listener: Introduced an incremental data processing strategy that handles only updated or removed records, avoiding the need to output the entire segment. This approach improves efficiency, reduces system load, and speeds up execution time. It also enables configurers to work with delta records targeting customers added to a segment since the recent calculation or those who have dropped out. Additionally, the new Reprocess Segment feature allows users to reset the execution counter for a segment, enabling all records to be processed from the start without waiting 24 hours. This enables testing the Segment Listener while building a graph and allows resetting the counter before deployment, ensuring access to the full segment.
Privacy Statement Update: A product-specific privacy statement has been added to the login window of our CX SaaS products to ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations. It provides transparency about analytics data collected via Microsoft Clarity, its purpose, and user consent requirements.
Bug Fixes
We have fixed the following bugs, ensuring these functionalities now work as expected:
KIT-11083 - De-provisioning a project no longer triggers the UI error message “Unable to de-provision analytics.” The process now completes successfully, ensuring a seamless experience.
KIT-14395 - The Segment Listener Incremental Job now processes profiles successfully without encountering the error “Listen Failed: KW-01-049-00-0004.” The job fetches the expected data from the export seamlessly, ensuring accurate and reliable performance.
KIT-14501 - When viewing an edit-locked version of a graph, the interface now correctly disables editing without applying an unnecessary overlay. Users can scroll through and inspect adaptors or sub-graphs without making changes, ensuring a seamless view-only experience.
