# Xponent Journey Hub First Login

The new user will receive an email that looks similar to the example given below. This contains their username (email address) and the one-time security token for first-time login.

The token you receive is not your password.

- Click **Manage Password** to create a new password.

- Click on the "**I Have My Password Token**" tab.

- **Token**: Enter the security token received in the email.
- **New password**: Enter the new password following the complexity requirement.
- **Confirm New Password**: Re-enter the new password to confirm it and avoid the typos.

Once your password is accepted, use your email address and new password to log in at the **Home** screen.

## Password Policy

All passwords in Xponent must now meet the following requirements:

- At least eight characters - though we would encourage longer ones if possible - up to a maximum of 50 characters
- Contain one lower case letter, one upper case letter, one digit, and one of the characters: !@#$%^&*
- It cannot be a password that has been used in the five previous passwords

After successful login, you will be directed to the **Home** screen. From here, organization owners can add new users or create new projects.
