It establishes a secure connection between Xponent JO and your Xponent Messaging Channel service through OAuth authentication. > ![Note](https://cdn.document360.io/c578bb14-e570-4b6e-93ed-f6c5b8a2d8a1/Images/Documentation/Note.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-26T13%3A26%3A15Z&se=2026-10-26T14%3A26%3A15Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=SBqTEF0rKWw2gC8%2FisjR6XprfvGc9GVWKJEEBwTo9zs%3D) > > These configuration are available for Internal ops team. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c578bb14-e570-4b6e-93ed-f6c5b8a2d8a1/Images/Documentation/2026-04-21_12-25-42.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-26T13%3A26%3A15Z&se=2026-10-26T14%3A26%3A15Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=SBqTEF0rKWw2gC8%2FisjR6XprfvGc9GVWKJEEBwTo9zs%3D) ### Adding Xponent Messaging Account Turning on the Xponent Messaging Account enables the [Xponent Messaging Node](/cx/docs/xponent-messaging) to send messages maintained in XCC via the Xponent messaging service. This means any message actions in your orchestration flows, such as notifications, confirmations, or marketing messages, will use the authenticated account you set up, ensuring secure delivery through your organization’s messaging service. > ![Note](https://cdn.document360.io/c578bb14-e570-4b6e-93ed-f6c5b8a2d8a1/Images/Documentation/Note.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-26T13%3A26%3A15Z&se=2026-10-26T14%3A26%3A15Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=SBqTEF0rKWw2gC8%2FisjR6XprfvGc9GVWKJEEBwTo9zs%3D) > > Completing all required fields and testing the connection is mandatory before saving the configuration.
