Editor Stage: Area you use to compose your email template.

Desktop View

Click to view and edit your email template in Desktop mode.

Mobile Portrait View

Click to view and edit your email template in Mobile Portrait mode.

Mobile Landscape View

Click to view and edit your email template in Mobile Landscape mode.

Template name/Save

Identifies your template name. Click the disk icon to save your template.

Clone/Delete

Click the down arrow to view options to clone or delete your template.

Channel/Status indicator

Identifies the channel to which the template belongs and the template status.

Convert to/Create New

Click + icon to access the features for converting an email template to SMS or creating templates for different channels.

Convert to

The Convert to SMS feature allows you to convert an email template into an SMS template with a single click using Generative AI.

The system automatically summarizes the email content, focusing on the most important information and preserving key variables, to generate a 160-character compliant SMS message.

Only the alphanumeric content will be included, excluding any multimedia such as images or videos. The converted SMS template will be saved with the same name as the original email template and grouped together for easy access.

We recommend reviewing the SMS template after conversion to ensure it aligns with your intended message, especially for time-sensitive or compliance-critical notifications.

Create New

This feature allows users to create templates for different channels, such as SMS and MMS, using the same name as an existing Email template within the template editor.

The newly created templates are blank but can be easily populated by copying content from other templates.

Each channel template opens in a new tab, and all templates with the same name are grouped together on the dashboard for streamlined organization.

 Using one Email template, you can create only one SMS template and one MMS template with the same name. Once these templates are created, the + icon will no longer be available. To create a new template with a similar name, you must delete the existing one first.

Notifications

Click to view and manage notifications you have set up.

Preview

Click to toggle Preview mode on and off.

Test Send Information

Click to open your default email settings for configuring test email information, including the following:

• Subject - The subject that appears in your recipients' inbox.

• From Name - The name that appears in the recipients' inbox.

• From Email Local Part - The part of the email address before the @ symbol that appears' in the recipients' inbox.

• Reply To - The email address to which recipients' reply to.

Send test email

Click to open your default email settings for sending test emails:

• Enter the email ID to which the test email will be sent.

• Multiple email IDs can be added, separated by commas.

• Click "Send Test" to send the test email, or click "Cancel" to cancel the email sending process.

Submit for review

Click this menu to display options to submit your template for review.
