Profile Metadata

Prev Next

Profile Metadata is where you can manage all of your Interaction Types, Identifier Types, and Attributes for a specific project.

  • Interaction Type

Interaction Type manages all of the different interactions, the channels in which they occur, and the individual engagement score for that Interaction Type. Once an interaction type is defined, you can select it in a dropdown menu via the Save Interaction Node

  • Identifier Type

Xponent Identity Manager now includes a way for you to manage your customer profiles called Identifier Type. It represents how you want to identify the customer. For example, you can create an Identifier Type called "email," which can contain one or more email addresses.

    For Example: "myworkemail@domain1.com", "mypersonalemail@domain2.com"

When you first create a project, the only Identifier Type that will be in existence is the Xponent ID (KWID).

  • Attributes

Structured Attributes represent customer profile characteristics that help describe and organize customer information. They can store data such as customer preferences, account details, membership information, or business-specific properties and can be reused across projects within the same organization.
