Xponent Journey Hub First Login

The new user will receive an email that looks similar to the example given below. This contains their username (email address) and the one-time security token for first-time login.

Clicking on the link will take you to the login screen.

• Click Manage Password to create a new password.

• Click on the "I Have My Password Token" tab.

• Token: Enter the security token received in the email.
• New password: Enter the new password following the complexity requirement.
• Confirm New Password: Re-enter the new password to confirm it and avoid the typos.

Password Policy

All passwords in Xponent must now meet the following requirements: 

• At least eight characters - though we would encourage longer ones if possible - up to a maximum of 50 characters 
• Contain one lower case letter, one upper case letter, one digit, and one of the characters: !@#$%^&*
• It cannot be a password that has been used in the five previous passwords
