The Access Letter Templates icon in the XCC Template Editor allows users to open the CDD self‑service tool in a separate tab. It enables quick navigation and supports toggling between the two platforms thus, streamlining multi-channel communication workflows.
The Access Letter Templates icon is visible to all users; however, they must sign in to the CDD self‑service tool separately.
In the Create New Template area at the top of the XCC Studio landing page, locate the Access Letter Templates icon displayed alongside other template creation options.
Click the Access Letter Templates icon to open the CDD Self-Service Tool in a new tab and sign in.
