Overview

This release improves profile import classification, expands supported email formats during profile imports, adds support for encrypted import files, and delivers usability and performance enhancements across campaigns and login experiences.

Continuous Improvements

  • Import Classification Improvements

Updated import classification to more accurately identify how profile imports were initiated. Imports started through the BCE user interface display Type = Manual, while imports started through automated processes display Type = Batch. This change helps users more easily identify the source of imported data.

  • Expanded Email Validation

Expanded profile email validation to support a wider range of valid email address formats. The updated validation accepts additional RFC-aligned email formats and special characters, reducing import failures for valid customer email addresses while maintaining validation safeguards.

  • Support Encrypted Files for Import

Added support for encrypted system-processed import files. BCE can now automatically process supported encrypted files as well as existing unencrypted CSV files, improving security for customer data imports without changing existing workflows. This enhancement does not apply to files uploaded manually through the BCE user interface.

  • File-Triggered Campaigns

Updated file-triggered campaigns so a segment is no longer required. This change eliminates unnecessary validation errors when segments are not applicable and simplifies campaign configuration.

  • Campaign Runs

Improved campaign run performance to provide faster retrieval of campaign activity information and reduce delays when viewing campaign results.

  • Managed User Login

Added visual feedback during managed-user login. A spinner now appears while sign-in is in progress, providing clearer confirmation that authentication is being processed.
