The Email Performance dashboard offers valuable insights into the effectiveness of your email communications. By analyzing key volume and engagement metrics, you can measure delivery success, identify engagement trends, and optimize your email strategy for better results.
Filters

Filter by Date Type
You can choose how dates are interpreted using two options:
Disposition Date: Focuses on when a specific email event occurred such as when the email was sent, delivered, opened, or clicked. Use this filter to see metrics for emails that had a disposition event within your selected date range.
For Example: If you select December 1st to December 30th, you will see how many emails were opened or clicked during that time even if they were sent earlier.
Email Injected Date: Focuses on when the email was originally triggered or sent, regardless of when the engagement occurred. Use this filter to see metrics for emails that were sent during your selected date range.
For Example: If you select December 1st to December 30th, you will see:
Total number of emails sent during that period
How many were delivered
How many were opened or clicked, and their respective rates
Filter by Date Range
Narrow down results by selecting a specific start and end date. This applies across all date types and metrics, helping you analyze performance over time or during campaigns.
Filter by Template
This filter allows you to isolate metrics for a specific email template. Use it to analyze how individual templates are performing and to compare engagement levels between different designs or message types.
For Example: If you choose Template A and set the event date range to December 1st to December 30th, the dashboard will show:
How many emails using Template A were sent and delivered
Open rates, click-through rates, and other KPIs based on disposition events during that period
