Xponent's Customer Journey Discovery Analytics dashboard is designed to allow you to understand at the macro scale what is happening within your orchestrated journeys and discover improvement areas.
The Analytics dashboard is accessible via the Discovery tab under Analytics once analytics has been enabled. If you want to enable your project's analytics, please contact your Customer Success team.

You can use Customer Journey Discovery Analytics if you have journey data recorded by the Xponent ID Manager or generated through Current-State Analytics.
With CSA, you don’t need active graphs or journeys to collect data. Current-State Analytics can generate and store journey data in the pre-production environment for analysis.

The Journey Discovery Dashboard page is broken into a number of sections:
Journey Discovery Analytics Dashboard - Segmentation
An Analytics Filtering bar remains sticky at the bottom of the page and affects all of the visualizations on the Journey Discovery Dashboard. The global filter defines the population for all of the visualizations. See the Analytics Filtering page for more details.
Enhanced No Data Message
This feature replaces the generic “Unable to retrieve analytics data” error with a more informative, user-friendly message. UI provides contextual guidance, helping teams quickly identify the cause of missing data and take the right next steps.
The message appears when analytics data cannot be displayed due to scenarios such as data not being uploaded, mapping delays in the system, or misconfigured filters. By offering clear troubleshooting hints and a direct link to support resources, this enhancement improves the overall experience and reduces confusion.

Why No Data?
When no analytics data is available, you can hover over Why no data? to view possible reasons:
You have just enabled JDA and haven’t run a graph or uploaded data yet.
You have uploaded data recently, but it may still be processing. Data is usually ready within 30 minutes, but can take up to 2 hours for large or complex files.
Global filters may be hiding results.
If none of these apply, use the support link in the message to contact the support team for further assistance.
