Depending on the subscriber’s account status and available payment options, the Pay Button may display different due types, such as Pay Past Due, the Total Due, or an option to enroll the past‑due balance into smaller monthly payments through Flexible Pay.

Pay Due

Label: This label is displayed when the subscriber has an overdue balance. It clearly indicates that the amount shown represents only the past‑due portion of the account, allowing the subscriber to quickly take action on outstanding charges.

For Example: Pay Past Due  $2,517.56

Flexible Pay

Selecting Flexible Pay takes the subscriber to the Flexible Payment page, where they can review available payment plans and choose the option that best fits their budget.

  • Label - This label is displayed when flexible payment plans are available.

    For Example: Flexible Pay

  • Help Text - The help text Starting appears before the monthly installment amount to indicate the minimum monthly payment required to enroll in a flexible payment plan.

    For Example: Starting $104.90/mo

Due

Label: This label is displayed when the subscriber chooses to pay the entire outstanding balance in a single payment.

For Example: Pay Total Due  $2,568.87
