The Subscription Details panel provides a centralized view of subscription configuration, campaign usage, and profile status.
Navigate to Subscriptions from the main navigation.
Select a subscription from the list.
The Subscription Details panel opens.
At the top of the panel, review the following:
Subscription name- Displays the name of the subscription.
For example: Account Updates
Subscription ID- A 26-character unique alphanumeric identifier displayed below the name.
Close icon (X)- Located in the top-right corner.
Select (X) icon to close the panel.
Channel group settings show enabled communication channels
The Channel Group section displays the communication channels configured for the subscription.
A subscription defines its channel group. Only one can be selected and it cannot be changed after the subscription is created.
Email (envelope icon)
Displays a filled radio button when selected and active.
Mobile Messaging (chat/message icon)
Supports SMS, MMS and RCS
Displays an unselected radio button when not active.
The description field explains the purpose of the subscription
The Description field displays a short explanation of the subscription’s purpose.
Campaign usage metrics summarize subscription activity
The Campaigns section displays an overview of campaign usage for the selected subscription.
Campaign overview metrics include:
Total in Use- Number of active campaigns associated with the subscription.
For example: 2Emails Attempted- Number of email delivery attempts in the last 30 days.
For example: 14Unsubscribed- Total number of unsubscriptions in the last 30 days through all campaigns tied to the subscription
For example: 1(7%)

Campaigns associated with the subscription open in an overlay view
Select View All in the Campaigns section.
The Campaigns with the selected subscription panel opens in an overlay view.
The panel lists all campaigns associated with the subscription.
The following details are displayed against each campaign:
Name- Campaign Name. For example: Vinicius-test-Camp-03
Status- Campaign Status (Launched, Complete, Draft). For example: Completed.
Channel- Channel associated with the campaign (Email ,MMS, SMS). For example: MMS

Profiles- No. of profiles associated with the campaign. For example: 3
Attempted- Send attempts made using a particular campaign. For example: 3
Unsubscribed- Displays the total number of users who unsubscribed from a subscription through the campaign. For example: When no profiles have unsubscribed it is represented with a dash (-)zero unsubscribed).

This helps to identify which campaign triggered the unsubscribe action.
Use the scroll bar to view additional campaigns, if available.
Select the Close (X) icon to return to the Subscription Details panel.
Profile status shows subscription enrollment details
The Profiles section displays the current enrollment status of profiles for the subscription.
Profile Status details include:
Subscribed- Number of profiles currently subscribed.
Opt Out- Total number of profiles that unsubscribed from this subscription in the last 30 days.

Viewing detailed profile enrollment information for a subscription
Profiles with the selected Subscription panel displays detailed enrollment and engagement information for all profiles associated with a subscription.
Select View All to see detailed profile information.
Profiles subscribed to the specific subscription are displayed in an overlay view.
At the top of the overlay, the panel header displays:
The Subscription Title.
For example: Profiles with Marketing
The panel displays profile information in a table. Each row represents a single profile associated with the subscription.

Profiles are displayed in a vertical list. Users can scroll within the panel to view additional profiles when available.
The table includes the following columns:
Profile ID- Displays the unique identifier of the profile. Profile ID can contain up to 96 alphanumeric characters.
For example: 1001001, 1237
Status- Displays the current subscription status of the profile. Possible values include:
Subscribed (displayed with a green status label)
Unsubscribed (displayed with a red status label)
Date- Displays the date and time when the last ‘change’ to the subscription took place.
For example: 5/7/26, 2:55 AM
Last Engaged- Displays the most recent engagement date and time for the profile, if available.
For example: 1/20/26, 8:30 PM
Displays a dash (–) if no engagement data is available.
Select the Close (X) icon in the top‑right corner to close the panel and return to the Subscription Details view
Subscription actions are available at the bottom of the panel
The following actions are available at the bottom of the Subscription Details panel:
Delete Subscription
Subscriptions can only be deleted if no campaigns reference the subscription nor are any profiles still subscribed to the subscription.
Click the Delete (trash) icon.
A Subscription Confirm Deletion modal appears with Cancel and Delete buttons.
Click Delete to permanently delete the subscription and all associated data.

“This action is permanent. The subscription will be removed and no longer available in the system.”
A success toast message- “Subscription deleted successfully” is displayed in the bottom‑left corner.
Click the X icon in the toast message to dismiss it.
The delete action removes the subscription from the Subscriptions list.
Click Cancel instead of Delete in the Subscription Confirm Deletion modal to close the confirmation modal.
The subscription and all associated data remain unchanged.
Active Campaigns or Subscribed Profiles Prevent Deletion:
If a campaign is associated or profiles are subscribed to a subscription, the Delete icon seems to be disabled in the subscription details panel on the right.
Click or hover over the Delete icon, it displays- “You've campaigns/ profiles associated with this subscription.”

Subscribe Profile
Click Subscribe Profile to navigate to the Profiles page.
The Subscription Profile button is navigation-only; it introduces no additional subscription-edit behavior beyond taking the user to the Profile area where existing profile tools apply.
Edit Subscription
Click Edit to edit a subscription.
The system updates the UI as follows:
The Edit button changes to Save. The Save button remains disabled until a change is made.
The Subscribe Profile button is hidden.
A Cancel button appears.
The panel switches from view mode to edit mode.
The Subscription Name and Description fields become editable.
Existing values remain pre-filled.
Other fields (such as Subscription ID, Channel Group, Campaign and Profile Metrics) remain read-only.

Modify the subscription details by updating the Subscription Name and/or Description.
The system enables the Save button once a change is detected.
Click Save.
The system performs the following actions:
Saves the updated values.
Returns the panel to view mode.
Displays a confirmation toast message.

"Subscription Updated Successfully
[Subscription Name] Subscription was updated successfully."
Click the Close (X) icon in the top-right corner of the toast notification to dismiss the notification manually.
If no action is taken, the toast automatically disappears after a short duration.
