A subscription is a Batch Communications Engine entity that records a customer's consent status for receiving a specific type of communication.
The Subscriptions page allows users to view, manage, and create subscriptions for different channel groups such as Email and Mobile Messaging. From this page, users can track ownership, authorship, and the latest updates for each subscription.
Channel groups combine one or more messaging channels for consent and opt-out management. Because Email is a standalone channel, subscriptions and opt-out requests apply only to email. However, SMS, MMS, and RCS are grouped as Mobile Messaging. A subscription to any of these grants consent to receive messages across all mobile channels, and an opt-out request (for example, sending STOP) on any one of them applies to all mobile channels in the group.
From the left navigation panel, select the Subscriptions icon (calendar symbol with a small clock overlay).
The Subscriptions page opens organized into the following key areas:
Header Section
Page Title: Subscriptions
Last Update: Displays the most recent date and time when the Subscriptions list was last refreshed or updated, helping users verify data currency.
For example- 05/15, 10:37PM
Create New Subscription (button): Located at the top-right corner, used to create a new subscription.

Search and Filter Subscriptions
Use the Search field to filter the Subscriptions list and quickly locate subscriptions that match the entered keyword.
Enter a keyword in the Search/Find field
For example: marketing
The keyword is evaluated against the entire subscriptions dataset, not just the subscriptions currently visible on the page.
Filter Subscriptions by Attributes
Open the subscription attribute dropdown next to the Search field.
By default, all subscription attributes (columns) are selected. This broadens the search and returns subscriptions where the keyword appears in any selected attribute.

Check or uncheck attributes to control where the keyword is searched.
For example:
Select Owner to search only within the Owner column.
If the keyword exists in Name and Author, selecting Owner returns only subscriptions where the keyword appears in the Owner field.
Review the filtered subscriptions displayed in the Subscriptions list.
Only subscriptions matching the keyword and selected attributes are shown.
Review the result count displayed below the list.
For example: 1 Total Subscription.
After filtering, results are paginated, and matching subscriptions may appear across multiple pages if applicable.
Select the ✕ icon in the Search field to clear the keyword.
The Subscriptions list resets to the unfiltered dataset. Any selected attribute filters remain applied.
