The AI Writing Assistant is designed to make content creation for email templates faster and more efficient by automating text generation. It seamlessly creates content for Paragraph, List, Button, and Title blocks, and can even include emojis, allowing users to produce clear, engaging copy with minimal effort. By leveraging advanced language models, the feature can generate new text, rewrite existing content for improved clarity, and expand short ideas into complete, polished paragraphs.
The CONTENT PROPERTIES panel updates dynamically, based on the selected content element. The Write with AI option is available only for text-based blocks such as Title, Paragraph, List, and Button.
The Write with AI button is located at the top of the CONTENT PROPERTIES panel on the left side.
It has a blue pencil icon followed by the text Write with AI, making it visually distinct and easy to identify.
Write with AI
Drag a content block that supports AI (Paragraph, List, Button, or Title) from the sidebar onto the builder stage.
Select the content block and click Write with AI in the CONTENT PROPERTIES panel on the left-hand side.
The quality of your prompt directly impacts the quality of AI-generated content. For best results:
Provide clear, specific instructions.
Include details such as tone, style, length, and key points you want covered.
A dialog box appears where you can enter a custom prompt and click Generate.
The AI will analyze your input and produce content tailored to your instructions.
Click Apply to insert the AI-generated text into the selected content block.
Improve Text Using Prompts
If adjustments are needed, use the conversational interface to refine the text.
Start with your AI-generated text already placed in the design area or click the content block text you want to modify on the builder stage.
If you have clicked on a content block text in the previous step, click Write with AI in the CONTENT PROPERTIES.
Click inside the dialog box.
A list of preset prompt suggestions will appear. Select from the suggestions.
For Example: Make it [desired tone], and replace [desired tone] with your preferred tone (example- warm and polite).Click Generate to create a revised version of your text.
Review the AI-generated content and click Apply to update the block on the design area with the AI generated content or click on Regenerate to get a revised response.
