Unlike the general fallback mechanism in the balance section, this configuration allows users to create individual cards for specific use cases, providing a more customized experience.
Users can enable or disable the fallback feature: Once enabled, the system will display a note, which informs users that fallback content is available for review at the end of the What Changed scenarios.
