Client Admins can restore access for a user by reactivating their account. When an account is set to Active, the user regains the ability to log in and access all features assigned to their role. As with other account actions, reactivations are audited and logged, recording who performed the action, when it occurred.
Reactivation
Click on the Edit icon next to the required user account.
In the account details panel, change the status dropdown to Active.

The Activate User Account confirmation window appears with the message: “You are about to activate [Email ID] user’s account. Once activated, the user will regain full access to all features.”

Click Activate to confirm. Once completed, the user’s status is updated to Active, the action is recorded in the audit log, and a success notification confirms the account has been activated.
