Studio Security & Access

Prev Next

Studio is the operator administration interface for Payment Reminder. It is used by authorized users such as operators and campaign managers to configure and manage communication experiences.

To protect access to sensitive configurations, Studio uses secure authentication controls. At the same time, the subscriber experience remains simple and frictionless. Payment Reminder supports two distinct access surfaces:

Subscriber microsite

  • Used by subscribers to review and act on payment options

  • Accessed through a secure, time-limited link sent via email or SMS

  • Does not require a login, as access is granted through the link

Studio (Security and Access)

  • Access is restricted to authorized operators

  • Accessed through a secure login page

  • Requires both a password and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

This approach ensures subscribers can quickly take action, while administrative access remains protected.

Password requirements

Studio enforces a strong password policy to protect user accounts and system access. Passwords must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 14 characters

  • Must include at least: One uppercase letter, One lowercase letter, One number

  • Cannot reuse any of the last four passwords

  • Temporary passwords expire after 7 days

Note

Users should log in as soon as possible after receiving their invitation to avoid the temporary password expiring.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for all Studio users.

After entering a password, you must complete an additional verification step using an authenticator app. This ensures that access is protected even if a password is compromised.

Note

Multi-factor authentication is enforced for every login and cannot be disabled

Setting up MFA

MFA is configured during the first login experience. Follow these steps:

  • Install an authenticator app (for example, Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator)

  • Sign in to Studio using your email and temporary password.

  • In the Authenticator app, tap the scanner icon and scan the QR code displayed on the screen.

  • Enter the generated one-time verification code to complete setup.

Once configured, you have to use the authenticator app each time you log in.

Account Lockout

Your account will be locked after repeated failed login attempts. Contact your CSG engagement manager to restore access.

Lost access to your authenticator

Contact your CSG engagement manager. Your account will need to be reset before you can log in again.
