The application is available in English. Spanish-language support is currently limited to billing statements when the operator’s billing configuration includes Spanish output.

Accessibility Compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA)

The Payment Reminder subscriber microsite is designed to align with WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards to support an inclusive subscriber experience. • The platform incorporates accessibility best practices across key subscriber interactions, including:

  • Support for screen readers to ensure content is accessible to visually impaired subscribers

  • Keyboard navigation to enable interaction without the use of a mouse

  • Consistent page structure and semantic labeling to improve usability and assistive technology interpretation

  • Sufficient color contrast and readable typography to enhance visibility and comprehension
