Widgets

The Widgets allows you to fine-tune the visual and interactive elements of your Bill Explainer landing page, warnings, cross sell and custom widgets. These settings let you control how information is presented, ensuring an engaging and branded experience from the very first interaction.

Insight Widget

1. Text Animation: Text animation adds movement to key insights, making them more dynamic and engaging. You can choose to:

   • Enable Animation - The text smoothly scrolls to capture user attention.

   • Disable Animation - Keeps the text static for a more minimalistic look.

   • Dot Color - A small dot moves along with the text animation to provide a subtle, guiding effect. This setting allows you to customize its color to match your brand identity.

2. Bubble Effect: Bubbles create a floating effect on the dashboard cards, adding depth and interactivity to the UI. You have the option to:

   • Enable Bubble Effect - Adds animated bubbles to enhance visual appeal.

   • Disable Bubble Effect - Removes the bubbles for a cleaner design.

   • Bubble Bottom Color - Defines the shade of bubbles at the lower part of the card.

   • Bubble Top Color - Customizes the color of bubbles at the upper part of the card.

3. Panel: A panel serves as a background layer for the dashboard text, adding structure and readability. You can:

   • Enable Panel - Adds a semi-transparent layer behind text for better contrast.

   • Disable Panel - Removes the background for a more open layout.

   • Glass Color - Adjusts the color of the glass effect, influencing transparency and overall aesthetics.

   • Glass Effect - Enables or disables a frosted-glass effect, giving the panel a sleek, modern look.

With these Insight Widget settings, you have full control over how users perceive and interact with your Bill Explainer dashboard, making it both visually appealing and functionally effective.

Warnings

• Invert Background Colors - Enable or disable this option as required to reverse the background and text colors for better contrast.

• Invert Notification Colors - Enable or disable this option to adjust the notification area colors for improved visibility.

Cross Cell

All cross-sell widgets currently use the default color theme. You can create custom color themes. Name your custom theme after a category to apply it to all widgets in that category, or use the unique widget ID to apply the theme to a specific widget only.

Custom Widget

Custom Widgets let admins create personalized, branded content blocks inside Bill Explainer. You can change the color of the text styles used in a custom widget. Always add a new color theme when customizing colors:

• Click Add Color Theme. Provide the same name as the Custom Widget name for consistency.

• Select the desired text style (For Example: Title, Subtitle, Description, Footnote) and choose the required color for it.

• Save the color theme.

Ensure that the theme has the same name as the custom widget so that the widget adopts the theme automatically.
