Xponent Communications Control Access Roles
Xponent Communications Control (XCC) uses role-based access. The privileges each user has depends on the role they are assigned. Your CSG representative creates user IDs and assigns one of the following roles to each user:
Activator
Admin
Editor
Reviewer
Reporting
Viewer
Channel Admin
Roles can be assigned per channel. For example, the privileges you have for the Email channel may not be the same as the privileges you have for the MMS or SMS channels.
The following table lists privileges for common XCC tasks and the access levels for each role:
