This release introduces key enhancements that improve navigation and streamline workflows in XCC. CDD customers can now access the letter templates directly from XCC Studio for seamless multi-channel communication. Additionally, Enhanced Reviewer Management offers greater visibility and control through a simplified interface and convenient reassignment options.
Access Letter Templates
This feature adds an Access Letter Templates icon on the XCC Studio landing page, enabling users to open the CDD self-service tool and log in separately. When clicked, the tool opens in a new tab. This integration simplifies navigation and enables CDD customers to toggle between CDD Communication Studio and XCC, enhancing cross‑platform communication workflows.

Enhanced Reviewer Management
As part of our ongoing efforts to refine existing functionality, the Enhanced Reviewer Management feature delivers a cleaner, more efficient way to handle reviewer assignments. This update removes the outdated reviewer widget and introduces a dedicated column that clearly displays the assigned reviewer for each template, improving visibility and reducing confusion. It also provides a convenient option for reviewers and admins (Client/CSG) to reassign templates directly from the three-dot menu on the right side of the screen. These enhancements offer greater control, streamline approval workflows, and create a more intuitive experience for managing template reviews.
