Xponent Intelligence provides the AI-powered capabilities behind features like the Graph Assistant, JDA Assistant, and Agents. In the Advanced Settings section, administrators can enable Xponent Intelligence for the root organization level.

To enable Xponent Intelligence, toggle the On button in the Advanced Settings section.
Enter a valid API key in the API Key field.
Click Save Changes to apply the configuration.

Once enabled, users across the organization can access supported features, such as the Conversational Graph Explainer. Make sure the API key is valid and active. Xponent Intelligence features, such as the AI Graph Explainer, will not function without it.
Only the owner and admin can configure Xponent Intelligence. Contact your administrator to enable the Xponent Intelligence.
Activating Xponent Intelligence Features
After you enable Xponent Intelligence, these assistants become available. However, they can only be turned on after you save a valid API key.

Graph Assistant: The Graph Assistant toggle enables AI-powered assistance for interpreting graphs and insights. When turned on, the assistant appears on the Graph page and helps users understand complex graph structures, debug configurations, and journey behaviors more intuitively through conversational explanations.
JDA Assistant: The JDA Assistant toggle enables AI-powered assistance for journey analytics and discovery. When activated, it becomes available on the Journey Discovery Analytics (JDA) page, providing contextual insights into customer journeys and helping users explore patterns and recommendations.
Agent Node: The Agent Node toggle enables the creation and use of AI-powered, goal-driven agents within Xponent workflows. When enabled, administrators and configurators can create and manage agents using Xponent Intelligence and add them to graphs as purpose‑specific nodes. Agent Nodes introduce adaptive, context‑aware automation to journeys by allowing agents to reason, use knowledge and tools, and produce outputs that integrate seamlessly with Xponent workflows.
