Login Page
The Login page provides secure access to the CSG Payment Reminder Studio, where you can sign in to manage microsite content, configure payment flows, and update branding elements. Access to the Studio is required before you can perform any configuration or content management tasks.
The Login page displays the following fields and options:
Email: Enter the registered email address associated with your Payment Reminder Studio account.
Password: Enter the password linked to the provided email address.
Login: Click Login to authenticate your credentials. Upon successful authentication, the system redirects you to the Studio dashboard, where all configuration options are available.
Forgot Password: Use this option if you cannot remember your password and are unable to log in. Selecting this link takes you to the password recovery flow, where you are prompted to enter the required details.
At the bottom of the page, the footer includes links to Terms of Use, Privacy Statement, and Contact Support, allowing you to review legal information or reach out for assistance if needed.
Forgot Password
To reset your password, use the Forgot Password option to regain access to your account if you have forgotten your login password. This process ensures that only you, with access to your registered email address, can reset your password.
Request a Confirmation Code
If you cannot log in because you have forgotten your password or want to reset it, select Forgot Password to access the password recovery flow. On this screen, you see the fields and options:
Email: Enter the same email address that is registered with the Payment Reminder Studio account.
Send Code: Click Send Code to request a confirmation code. The system sends a confirmation code to the email address you entered.
Return to Login: Select this option to cancel the password recovery process and return to the Login page.
Once the confirmation code is sent, you proceed to the next step to verify their identity and reset their password.
Password Reset
After receiving the confirmation code via email, you can now complete the password reset process on this screen. This screen includes the following fields and options:
Confirmation Code: Enter the confirmation code received in the email.
Password: Enter a new password for the account.
Submit Code: Click Submit Code to verify the confirmation code and update the newly created account password. If the code is valid, the new password will be saved successfully.
Return to Login: Use this option to navigate back to the Login page after completing or exiting the password reset process.
After the password is successfully changed, the system automatically redirects you to the Login page. Also, a confirmation message stating “The password has been reset” is displayed at the bottom of the page.
If the confirmation code entered is incorrect, an error message is displayed: “An error has occurred, try again later or contact the support.”
Enter the correct confirmation code received by email. If you have not received the code, return to the Login Page, select Forgot Password, re‑enter your email address, and select Send Code again.
After successfully resetting your password, you can use the new credentials to log in.
