After a subscriber enrolls in a Flexible Payments plan, the microsite displays the subscriber’s current balance due for the enrolled arrangement. Subscribers can see what is past due, what is still on time, and the amount due now without contacting support.

What The Subscriber Sees
After enrollment, the microsite account view shows updated balance information for the enrolled plan. For example:
Past Due Balance: $275.00
Your Account Balance: You have a total $366.50 to pay - $275.00 is past due, and $91.50 is still on time.
Pay Past Due: $275.00
This split helps subscribers understand the current obligation after enrollment: the past-due amount versus the amount that is still on time.

Temporary updating message right after enrollment, the microsite may briefly show a status message while account information refreshes, for example: “We’re processing your update. If you’ve arranged a payment, it may take time to reflect. We’ll update your account shortly.”
Once the account information refreshes, the current balance due is displayed as above.
